- Legal Nature of Competitions
2.1 All competitions operated by the Promoter are skill-based promotional competitions.
2.2 These competitions are not lotteries and do not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005.
2.3 An element of skill is required to enter. Entrants must correctly answer a knowledge-based question in order for their entry to be valid.
2.4 Each competition offers both:
• a paid entry route; and
• a free alternative entry route (see Section 4).
2.5 Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

- How to Enter
Paid Entry
To enter a competition:
1. Visit the Website.
2. Select a competition.
3. Answer the required skill-based question correctly.
4. Select the number of entries.
5. Create an account or log in.
6. Accept these Terms & Conditions.
7. Complete the checkout process.
Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully processed.

- Free Entry Route
4.1 A free postal entry route is available for every competition.
4.2 To enter for free, participants must send a postal entry including:
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Competition name
• Correct answer to the skill-based question
4.3 Each postal entry must be sent individually.
4.4 Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date and before all available entries are allocated.
4.5 Free entries are manually processed and allocated an entry number.

- Entry Conditions
5.1 Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
5.2 The Promoter may request proof of identity and age.
5.3 Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members are not eligible.
5.4 Automated, bulk, fraudulent, or manipulated entries will be disqualified.

- Competition Closing
6.1 Each competition has a clearly stated closing date.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend or amend the closing date if reasonably necessary.
6.3 Once the maximum number of entries is reached, the competition may close early.

- Selection of Winners
7.1 All valid entries with correct answers are included in a random draw.
7.2 Winners are selected using an independently verifiable random number generator system.
7.3 For instant prize competitions, prizes are pre-allocated to specific entry numbers through a secure system.
7.4 The Promoter’s decision is final.

- Notification of Winners
8.1 Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone.
8.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9.2 Prizes may be substituted with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
9.3 A cash alternative may be offered where stated.
9.4 Delivery of prizes within the UK is free of charge.

10.1 Once an entry is successfully submitted and payment confirmed, no refunds will be issued except in cases of technical error.
10.2 If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded in full.

11.1 The Promoter accepts no liability for technical issues, system failures, or third-party interruptions beyond its control.
11.2 Nothing in these T&Cs limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
